Julia Roberts revealed that the “hardest drug” she ever took was music.
The “Pretty Woman” star. appeared on Thursday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” and participated in the show’s signature “Plead the Fifth” segment, where guests must answer at least two out of three questions.
“Julia Roberts, what’s the hardest drug you’ve ever tried?” This is Andy Cohen’s question.
Roberts, 56, initially hesitated before answering, “Mushrooms,” and the host followed up by asking if it was a “good experience.”
“Yes, it’s nice,” he said as he nodded and laughed. “Kids, don’t try it at home!”
The Oscar winner did not explain when he took the drug or who he left with.
Elsewhere in the game, Roberts named Jen Shah her “favorite Real Housewives of all time” because Shah went to prison for running a massive marketing scheme. the country is aimed at adults.
However, when Cohen asked him to rank three “Julia Roberts films,” he quickly interrupted him saying that he “got his hand in this.”
More than 30 years ago, Roberts had to dispel rumors that she had “a drug problem” when she postponed her wedding to Kiefer Sutherland just three days before she was due to said “I do” and was later hospitalized for five days with the flu.
“This started, I think, because I was thin. And it’s just silly, you know. I don’t know how someone who does drugs can work. I don’t – or I’ve done drugs – and I guess it’s not cool to be a young actor in Hollywood without a drug problem. Well, I’m bored, and it’s nice for me, because my skin is clear and my hands are clean, and I’m thin. Period. As a result. Stop arresting me, you know,” he said told Entertainment Weekly in 1991.
The “Notting Hill” star stressed that he had never done “any drugs” and called the rumors “absurd and unpopular.”

Roberts also spoke directly about the topic when he starred in the 2018 movie “Ben Is Back,” which centers on a man struggling with opioid addiction.
During a interview at the Toronto International Film Festivalthe actress called youth vaping “horrendous” and explained how she and her three children handled the drug conversation.
“Fortunately, the five of us are very close and at dinner, where the five of us are together almost every night, it becomes part of the family conversation: ‘You know this?’ ‘Have you heard of this?’ ‘Well, have you done that?’ It’s about planning together,” he said at the time.
Roberts shared that she tried to “put (her) kind of hate” about drugs to the side so she could “have a conversation” with her kids.
The “Erin Brockovich” star has identical twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 19, and son Henry, 16, with her 21-year-old husband, Danny Moder.
