Shaye Moss concluded her testimony after several hours on the stand.

Excerpts from a video clip with Giuliani associate Bernie Kerik, former New York City police commissioner, are next on the record.

Kerik worked with Giuliani to try to overturn the results of the 2020 election. He received a pardon from then-President Trump earlier that year on criminal fraud charges dating back to 2009.

Shaye Moss was so scared for her life after threats poured in that she stopped going out in public, and it was only recently, she testified, that she got the courage to leave his home alone, without protection.

He did it on the instructions of his doctor.

“It’s basically her homework for me,” Moss said of her doctor’s request to visit a public place alone.

“I did one,” Moss said. He admitted that he went alone to a local restaurant, where he found a quiet seat at the end of the bar.

“I was really scared. I felt nauseous,” he said. “I was very proud of myself, but unfortunately I can’t do that again.”

Shaye Moss broke down in tears under a line of questioning from defense attorney Joseph Sibley about the negative health effects she suffered from Giuliani’s defamatory comments about her.

Sibley asked Moss to repeat the names of two mental health diagnoses he had received from doctors since the 2020 election. When Moss said he had additional illnesses that could be related to the behavior of Giuliani, Sibley asked, “What are some of your problems?”

Moss’ attorney objected to the question. While the judge and lawyers from both sides were consulting secretly, Moss held his hands to his face and could be seen wiping tears from his cheeks.

Under cross-examination by Giuliani’s attorney Joseph Sibley, Shaye Moss was asked how she could be sure her client’s statement had inspired the masses. strangers make racist and mean threats to him and his family.

Moss said those strangers “are saying his exact words.”

He admitted that the right-wing news outlet Gateway Pundit and the Trump campaign used language similar to Giuliani’s in defaming him.

“It was like the torch for the Olympics,” he said. “They pass from person to person.”
