Even Britney Spears feels ‘weird’ being single

Britney Spears learning to be single again.

The pop star took to Instagram to share an emotional post reflecting on her life four months after her split from her ex, Sam Asghari.

“It’s weird being single,” Spears wrote in the caption Instagram posts which was uploaded on Sunday. The caption was accompanied by a photo of a nun drinking tea with a straw.

Spears admitted that she has had “a lot of time” to think about the good and bad things that have happened in the past months.

“I know I don’t speak well of myself,” Spears wrote. “I’m easily manipulated and I wear my heart on my sleeve… But I’m changing all that.”

The 42-year-old added that he was “honestly disappointed” in his daily habits, which did not change but he also admitted that he was “scared of a lot of things.”

He then stated in his statement that he has decided to take some time to reassess himself and what is good for him.

“The way I live my life is me… there are too many people interfering with that… But knowing that it’s okay to be selfish in my life and enjoy it is amazing!!!” Spears wrote in her statement.

Spears and Asghari, a model and personal trainer, first met in 2016 on the set of his “Slumber Party” music video. More than a year after they tied the knot in June 2022, Asghari filed for divorce in August.

The singer released her memoir “The Woman Inside Me“on October 28.
