It seems that the new library built by Bharat Rashtra Samithi president and former Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has become a bad omen for him.
Days after the BRS lost in the assembly elections, people began to study the reasons for its failure. Apart from the public protest and the resurgence of the Congress party, one of the reasons being discussed for the loss of KCR is the bad Vaastu of the new Secretariat office.
On April 28 this year, KCR inaugurated the new Secretariat, which he renamed after BR Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution.
The beautiful eight-story structure houses the rooms of all ministers and the offices of secretaries and heads of departments – all under one building.
KCR believed that the old Secretariat premises, which had been the seat of the highest administration since the formation of the state of Andhra Pradesh, had negative connotations and brought ill effects to former chief ministers. .
It was his Vaastu advisor, Suddala Sudhakar Teja, who advised the chief minister to demolish the old Secretariat building and move in for a new one.
“There are serious problems of Vaastu in the old secretary. The buildings must have good air conditioning, flow of natural energy from all sides, green, and enough space to move,” said Teja.
He said that the new Secretariat building has the CM’s complete Vaastu room on the sixth floor of the modern building, built at a cost of more than Rs 600 crore by the construction company. famous Shapoorji-Pallonji.
But now, the same Vaastu-compliant house has become a disadvantage for KCR. He rarely came to this new library and spoke at a few official meetings and cabinet meetings. Despite the new building, he held meetings with his officials at Pragati Bhavan itself.
However, it seems that the new chief minister A Revanth Reddy has no plans to replace Vaastu now. He was the chief minister in the same room where KCR lived, and all the ministers will have their rooms in the same house.
The entrance to the new building, which was very limited for people and even the media, is now open to visitors, and another room for the media has been provided on the ground floor. .
It remains to be seen whether this Vaastu will work for Revanth Reddy!
