A California based company recently announced the success of a small cargo plane with no pilot on board.
Reliable Robotics, an aircraft automation system manufacturer, said the successful solo flight of the Cessna 208B Caravan last month with no one on board was a first for the aviation industry.
The flight of the Cessna 208B Caravan occurred outside of San Jose on November 21st.
The Mountain View company said a remote pilot monitored the drone from Reliable’s control center 50 miles away.
