And Ackman’s search appears to have increased after Liz Magill, president of the University of Pennsylvania, resigned from her post on Saturday.
On Sunday, Ackman wrote a open book to Harvard’s board of directors, where he reiterated his call for Claudine Gay’s removal.

Besides focusing on Gay’s handling of campus protests, Ackman’s letter also accused him of presiding over “racist practices at Harvard.”
“The school has been told in no uncertain terms that candidates who do not meet DEI standards will not be considered for additional teaching positions,” Ackman wrote.
The past two months have seen Ackman make a public announcement, mocking his student’s approach to the opposition. and God. Sunday’s open book marks the third time Ackman has written to Harvard’s leadership.
“Knowing what we know now, will Harvard consider Claudine Gay for the position? The answer is definitely ‘No,'” Ackman said in his X post.
“With this simple thought pattern, the board’s decision on President Gay could not be more straightforward,” Ackman said.
It’s not just Harvard. Ackman hasn’t forgotten about MIT.
“Let’s make a deal. If you terminate President Kornbluth immediately, I promise not to write you a letter,” Ackman wrote in a different X post which was referred to the MIT board of directors.
